- To appear taller and thinner, dress in one color.
- Body language, create a powerful but pleasant presence.
- Be positive and enthusiastic. Never complain, never explain.
- Be well-spoken and give sincere compliments.
- Don’t be guilty by association. You are known by the company you keep and the places you frequent.
- Believe in what yourself as well as what you sell.
